missingWrote a review on 03 Novfriendly staffclean roomroach infestationnon-functional heatingplumbing issues
The stay was plagued by issues, such as a roach infestation and non-functional heating, which made for an uncomfortable experience. Efforts to resolve the heat issue fell flat, and there were plumbing problems in the bathroom that made it unusable. The staff was friendly, but the underlying maintenance concerns overshadowed any customer service efforts.

Good overall value for traveling couple
The room we had was clean and the view by the pool, very nice! We spoke with the staff and they were friendly and really wanted to help. It was a relief compared to where we’ve been recently.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still pretty acceptable.

Comfortable bed but significant cleanliness issues
The stay was quite disappointing due to the overall cleanliness of the room. While the bed was comfortable, I encountered stained sheets and an unclean floor which made the experience unpleasant. It's clear that the hotel needs to enhance its housekeeping services to meet basic hygiene standards.

missingWrote a review on 31 Maywaffle maker
It was just a balanced option for a budget stay in Baton Rouge with excellent value for money. The waffle maker was the highlight at breakfast since the cold sausages and omelets didn’t cut it. Make sure to check the coffee maker before use to avoid surprises.

I felt welcomed upon arrival, even though check-in took longer than expected due to technical issues at the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable, with a decent size that didn’t feel cramped. The heating unit worked great, keeping the space cozy. The bed provided a good night’s sleep. However, the toilet didn’t flush properly, which was frustrating. I also encountered hot water issues on multiple occasions, with it mysteriously going cold in the morning. I found the phone in the room broken, making it difficult to report issues. The surrounding area felt a bit sketchy at times, with unfamiliar people wandering around the parking lot, which made me uneasy. The breakfast selections were disappointingly limited and didn’t meet expectations. Although it had potential, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for longer stays until they address these concerns.
